Michigan Clothing Rules
- Permitted Colors: Permitted colors (such as white or gray for standard undergarments/t-shirts, depending on the specific item).
- Multiple Sizes: Inmates are not allowed to order clothing items in multiple sizes.
Package Limits
- Quarterly Cap: Only one package order is allowed per prisoner per quarter.
- Spending Limit: Orders are capped at a maximum value per order (historically $125 or lower depending on current MDOC updates).
Confirm the current MDOC order maximum before ordering. $125 is a historical reference, not a guaranteed current spending limit.
Non-food correctional orders only
Food purchases are available only for eligible New York state-prison destinations. Correctional orders for all other U.S. states must be non-food only. Remove food, snacks, beverages and food-containing mixed packages. Rikers Island and Nassau County Jail remain non-food only. Residential shopping is unaffected.
