One food/hygiene package can be purchased during each of the six ordering periods per year. Ordering periods start at the beginning of even-numbered months and close at the end of odd-numbered months.
Family/Friends Ordering Instructions
Orders are accepted October 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027.
When the Next Order Can Be Placed
- If an order is placed in October or November, the next order can be placed in December.
- If an order is placed in December or January, the next order can be placed in February.
- If an order is placed in February or March, the next order can be placed in April.
April is the next regular ordering period after a February or March order, but it falls outside the family/friends ordering window stated above. Confirm the next program's ordering dates before placing an April order.
Confirm current Washington State Department of Corrections program rules, recipient eligibility, and the authorized ordering channel before purchasing. Non-food correctional orders only
Food purchases are available only for eligible New York state-prison destinations. Correctional orders for all other U.S. states must be non-food only. Remove food, snacks, beverages and food-containing mixed packages. Rikers Island and Nassau County Jail remain non-food only. Residential shopping is unaffected.
